Sure does! Cherry and pitaya are both antioxidant powerhouses, while beef spleen is also renowned for its immune health benefits, based on the principle of like-supports-like. Spleen also has a surprisingly high vitamin C content (for a meat), in a likely highly bioavailable form. Our meat is all freeze-dried for nutrient preservation, and our products are produced in small batches (by us) to ensure optimum nutrient retention.

Gelatine is a great source of glutamic acid, which support the integrity of the intestinal epithelium, or protective lining of the gut. Yogurt provides probiotic support in the form of good bacteria, to help maintain a healthy balance of beneficial microorganisms in your pet's gut microbiota.

To make a freakshake, add 1 tablespoon (around 5g) of Norm to a jar or shaker. Add a cup of warm water to the vessel and shake shake shake.

We recommend starting with around half a cup a day of freakshake for cats and li'l weenies under 10kg.

Norm is 100% Australian owned and we manufacture all of our edible products in-house, in small batches.

We source all of our meat in Victoria and Queensland, which are the two states with the strictest laws around meat used in pet food production.

That said, all of our meat is sourced through the same supply chain as meat for humans. Our rabbit, duck, crocodile and emu is restaurant grade. Our lamb, beef, pork, kangaroo and chicken is from the same animals as your dinner.

Our meat and insects are strictly Australian and have not been irradiated (which all imported insects and meat have been, making them unsafe for cats).

Our manufacturing facility is Primesafe licenced and HACCP compliant, as are all of our partner manufacturers, such as our freeze-dryer (or the equivalent in their state).
