Shit happens. We get it.
You are entitled to return your NORM products for a replacement or refund within the consumer guarantees set out by the Australian Consumer & Competition Commission.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original, unopened packaging. Returns will be accepted for 30 days from the purchase date. We cannot accept returns for sale or clearance items unless the item is found to be faulty.
To request a return, please contact us on norm@normgetwild.com.au with your order number. We can only process returns for items purchased from this website. If you purchased a NORM product from a retailer, please contact them directly to discuss a return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and if your return is approved.
If an exchange is arranged, please allow the usual processing and shipping times for your replacement items. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days. A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
We are unable to control or predict bank processing times. If your refund is taking longer than expected (more than 10 days), please first double check your account and then contact your bank. If you have done this and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at norm@normgetwild.com.au and we will investigate.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
