Restocking Fee Policy

We understand that sometimes orders may need to be canceled or changed due to various reasons. However, to cover the costs associated with processing canceled or changed orders, we have implemented a restocking fee policy.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any orders that are canceled or changed due to a change of mind or for reasons not related to product defects or errors on our part.

Conditions for Restocking Fee:

• The restocking fee applies to all canceled or changed orders initiated by the customer after the order has been processed and is in transit or has been delivered.
• The restocking fee is applicable regardless of the order value or quantity of items.
• Orders canceled or changed within 24 hours of placement may be exempt from the restocking fee, subject to review and discretion by our customer service team.
